Dinner at Claymore....
I found this place through facebook friends sharing post, so decided to give it a try.
Free flow of oyster and seafood @ only S$68, its like why not!
Location is at Pan pacific Orchard, its a bit deserted.
If you know where is Thai embassy, its the other end beside the embassy.
I didnt have to wait for long after I got there as I already reserved the seats.
Table reservation is strongly advice as they only have 120 seats.
Its quite a small place.
Cold dish - Seafood
Fresh Oyster Station
Pasta Station
I like their open kitchen concept. Looking through the kitchen does it remain you of Hell kitchen?
Salad bar and salami
Cheese station
Decided to give this asian dish a try
Asam Laska
I find it too sour, I tried a lot Asam Laska before (Malacca, katong asam, etc)
for this there is still room for improvement....
I really enjoy their oyster station, for topping to go along with the oyster they provide
CAVIER
what a great deal.
Dessert, something not to be missed. For 10 @ claymore nothing fanciful. Maybe just the crepes station. BEWARE - Those meringues are just for display.... 1 main thing i have to point out is the service from this restaurant. Service from the manage are awesome. I was put to a corner at the start of the meal but i told him I would like to change seats. He told me there are no available seats at the moment, but once there is he will change for me. Which he did. Thumbs up. But service from the service crew really have to be improve, My iced water was empty for 30mins and i have to asked the waitress twice before I get a refuel. Approach the waitress for a wine list, and they told me there are extra charges. *erm, I know... I dont have the money to pay?*(I didnt say this to her... duh....)

Hi Dear reader,
I am back blogging....
I just came back from my wonderful hong kong trip and I just would like to share my this amazing trip with everyone.
I was there on 13 June.
My 1st hotel, Crowne Plaza
Without me saying this is a 5 stars hotel, with amazing service.
My 1st night at hong kong, went to Hong Kong highest building
ICC- Ritz Carlton
OZONE
Cant get a room at Ritz Calton this time, But will be sure to stay there 1 day.
Amazing city hong kong island view
Drinks at the OZONE
Price of the drinks is a bit ATAS
But I am sure its worth paying for the view and a good chat when you have good company
My amazing Hong Kong Noodles
At Famous Hong kong noodles shop
WAN TAN NOODLES
Do I have to describe?
Wan Tan is so meaty, not like those I had before that their meat was so little
Soup was so sweet
What can I still say?
I am in Heaven
Day 2 - I got a local tour guide name TINGON
Just kidding, Hes my hong kong friend/ instagramer.
He brought me to this beef noodles stall which is inside a dark alley
Trust me, If you are not local you will never get there.
Coz even if u ask me to go there now I wont me able to find my way.
My second hotel
gonna stay in this hotel till the end of this trip
HYATT REGENCY
I had a free upgrade
The causeway view....
Can you believe they provide you free mobile phone,
You can bring that phone out of the hotel.
You can make overseas call.
Download whatever app you want
Take picture with this phone, upload to facebook, instagram
They just want you to be connected
And all of this service are FREE!!!
*Just with a click with a button on your check out day, all data will be deleted
Day 3 breakfast
Dim sum
This restaurant is Just below my hotel, in this mall call K11
This restaurant food is not what I really expected it to be.
Their Dim Sum is more towards Shanghai Style
But with the help of a photographer, all the food will still look good and you will still want to eat it.
Day 3 activity
Temple Praying wishing for good luck, good health, good fortune
Day 4 I went to Macau
Details of Macau trip I shall keep it to myself.
:)
Lastly, I would like to show everyone what I did with my Crazy BFF, Junior Lee.
When we alight at any MTR we will take a photo with the station name.
What do you think?
Are we crazy?
or we are too cool?
I have booked my next trip to hong kong on 22-26Aug.
I am planning end of OCT will be Taiwan, Taipei and end of year will be USA, California.
Anyone who loves to travel can let me know, maybe we can travel together.
Anyone who wish me to visit you may also let me know, esp to all my instagramer. I wish to visit you soon.
