Today is a very sad day for Singapore. Our Forefather, Our first prime minster, Our leader who fought hard for singapore! Mr Lee Kuan Yew have left us on 23 March 2015 at 3:18am I was sad and broke down by the news when woke up this morning 8am. Our current prime minster as well as son of Mr Lee KY, Mr Lee hsien loong holding the press conference. We know one day it will come, we know one day he will be our history, but we never expect that day will be that soon. When the day his illness have become worst, we have all pray hard, we have all wish that miracle can happen. But it didn't. I guess Mr Lee KY history I don't have to mention, without him singapore wont be what we are today. We might still be one of Malaysia small island. From mud to a city. From No one to everyone knows. SINGAPORE. Look at us now. Look at singapore now. Don't you agree with me that there are a lot of foreigner wants to come here to work and stay . Why? Don't you agree that Singapore is safe, economy stable and transport is easy. Without him. Without him. Without him, what will we be? One of A trip to Taiwan, my taiwanese friends and I did a street survey at XMD. We asked about 20people, "Do you know Singapore?", "What is your first impression of singapore". There are a few guy mention 李光耀, Mr Lee KY and even go on by saying he is a remarkable guy, without him singapore won't be what it is today......... What is he to me in my life time? I remember when I was young and during national day, my grandfather will say, "Ah Lun, come, come see my old village friend." That time I was very young. I kept wondering who was that guy. When I grow a little older, my sister will also call me to watch the tv as well, because our "grandfather", Mr Lee KY he is giving a speech. To me, Mr Lee KY is like my grandfather. You will always be remembered in my heart. Rest in Peace Mr Lee KY
